Arco
Arco are a gentle, little thing. Their songs are slow, soft and generally just lovely. A trio from London and signed to Dreamy Records pretty much since it began, there’s not too much to elaborate on beyond that - probably why they don’t get too much media coverage in a world more interested in a story than a sound.
I hadn’t actually been aware they had a new album, but apparently Restraint sneaked out earlier in the autumn. With pretty acoustic tracks and sparing arrangements, it’s ideal music for lying back and relaxing. Note that there are two MP3 samples available on their site. They offer a reduced bit-rate (64kbps), but are still very listenable so on you go.
