March 1, 2004 signals the latest release from the In the Fishtank series, which this time brings the combination of Black Heart Procession and Solbakken. Together it’s likely they will have produced a dark, brooding mix of rock, however, Konkurrent have released one online sample for promotional purposes, and it shows that the results aren’t overly bleak either.
‘A Taste of You and Me’ glides along on its seductive piano riff, whilst
the other instrumentation and noise just seems to fall into place behind it.
It shows the signs of evolution from being developed by both bands, rather
than maintaining a standard verse/chorus structure, and is an interesting
listen.
